About

Franky is an industry veteran who gained entrée into the New York cocktail world by working at such notable bars as Clover Club, Monkey Bar, The Tippler, Holiday Cocktail Lounge, and The Dead Rabbit. Most recently, she was the Bartender-in- Charge at Le Boudoir Brooklyn where she focused on, not only her cocktail program, but the beer, wine, and spirits selections as well.

In 2017 and 2018 franky made Tales of the Cocktail's Top 10 list for American Bartender of the Year, and was inducted into the Dame Hall of Fame in 2017. In 2014 she was included in the list of "Top 10 Female Bartenders" in The Drinks Business. She is the former Vice-President of the Bartender's Guild of

New York where she created the "Talk With a Pro" Interview Series, and made her presence felt with a focus on member education. She is a BNIC Certified Cognac Educator, holds a Certificate with Distinction from the WSET, and has been a spokesperson for the Pineau des Charentes category since 2017. She is currently a member of the TOTCF Business Education Committee for 2019/20.

Franky has acted as a judge for spirit and cocktail competitions, and has competed extensively herself locally and internationally, earning her share of titles. She has been a presenter at major cocktail festivals around the world and is a sought after guest speaker. Her opinions, as well as her cocktails, have been featured in numerous books as well as publications such as Food and Wine, Punch, The Daily Beast, The New York Times, The Wall St. Journal...

She knows that learning never stops, and is always looking forward to her next adventure and to finding inspiration wherever she goes.
