As at the time of the founder Girolamo Varnelli, the handcrafting process is still today based on a decoction of selected herbs, roots and barks over a wood fire. Only multiflower raw honey from Monti Sibillini is used to sweeten this blend resulting in a smooth and moderately bitter Amaro which is balanced in alcohol. Alcoholic strength: 34% ABV
