HOW TO PURCHASE TICKETS TO INVITE YOUR CUSTOMERS TO BAR CONVENT BROOKLYN 2019

The customer invitation program at Bar Convent Brooklyn allows all exhibitors to purchase discounted ticket codes to invite your customers on your behalf. If you have any questions or need support, please contact us.

Please Note: You must be the company's key contact to purchase discounted tickets.

TO GET STARTED

As the Key Contact, login to your exhibitor registration system here where you will find the tools you’ll need in order to Invite Your Customers.

Login to your Exhibitor Registration Dashboard. Enter your Customer Number found on your invoice in the “Company ID” field and the first five digits of your Company’s zip code (no dashes or spaces) also found on your invoice in the “Password” field.

Click the “Invite your Customers” button at the top of the page

Select the number of discount codes you would like to purchase and click “CONTINUE”
If you have previously purchased codes, they will appear under “Previously Purchased Codes”


Step 4

Enter your payment information and make sure you read, understand and agree to the cancellation policy and age restrictions. To continue click “PROCESS PAYMENT”

After your payment has been processed, you will see the following confirmation screen and your codes. You will also receive this information via a confirmation email.


Step 6

Email and share your discounted ticket codes with your customers. They will be able to enter their individual code while registering. If you would like your discounted ticket codes in a printed format, please contact your sales rep.
