Once reserved for detoxes and Dry January, “mindful drinking” has evolved into a lasting lifestyle choice – particularly among millennials and Gen-Zers seeking innovative menu options far above and beyond the Shirley Temple. The House of ANGOSTURA’s Chief Mixologist Raymond Edwards will explore the trend that has consumers reaching for No- and Low-ABV drinks with layers of complexity. Raymond will highlight techniques and ingredients that swap high-proof spirits for flavors and textures with personality, and discuss how establishments can strategically design and market these offerings to engage consumers.
