Many times it is much easier to see barback as bartending minus something special, but this seminar seeks to demonstrate that barbacking is a proud craft in its own right.  This session gives barbacks of all levels of experience insightful methods and approaches to get the most out of their job from how to make the job easier for themselves to finding the joy in the details of the craft. 

Esta sesión se enfocará en como adentrarse verdaderamente en barbacking a través de proveer recursos y técnicas que felicitaran obtener los mejores beneficios del trabajo. El objetivo principal será saber cuándo y cómo solicitar más capacitación, como aprender por ti mismo, como anticipar problemas que puedan surgir y como hacer tu trabajo de barback más eficiente.
