As the audience for no and low proof cocktails keeps expanding, it's time for the bar industry to start serving them something more interesting than mixed juice or soda. In this presentation, we will look at how to use culinary flavours and techniques, the art of using modifiers as a base and the glory of tea to expand the options for our guests, regardless of what strength they’re drinking.
