The discussions will include how a cooperative business differs from a traditional business, dispel some myths, and demonstrate how these businesses are succeeding and why this movement is gaining momentum in NYC and beyond.

Jahdé Marley is a New York based wine professional with Caribbean roots. She specializes in sustainability, decolonial narratives, and community building within the beverage industry. Her current work is split between sales, import, and distribution. She works with Zev Rovine Selections and manages the Spirits and Domestic Wine portfolios. She also founded the wine summit [ABV] Ferments, which highlights all non-vinifera ferments and uplifts the diverse communities shaping the future of American wine.
