REGISTRATION QUALIFICATIONS FOR BAR & BEVERAGE INDUSTRY PROFESSIONALS
BAR CONVENT BROOKLYN ATTENDANCE RULES
- Bar Convent Brooklyn is a trade-only event for qualified bar and beverage industry professionals ONLY.
- You must be 21 or over to gain admittance to Bar Convent Brooklyn.
- Admission to Bar Convent Brooklyn requires government issued photo identification, such as Driver's License or Passport, plus documentation demonstrating trade affiliation.
REGISTRATION QUALIFICATIONS, TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please note: Bar Convent Brooklyn exhibitors and media are subject to different credentialing requirements.
It is required that you provide at least one of the Qualification Documents listed below at the time of registration:
- Business card that indicates your job title and employer as related to the bar and beverage industry
- Proof of United States Bartenders’ Guild membership
- Employee verification letter with company logo, address, phone number, email address
- Payroll Check: Copy of Bank cancelled payroll check(s) (front and back) showing each person's name and their affiliation with a restaurant, bar or company within the bar and beverage industry.
- Bartending School Certificate
Bar Convent Brooklyn reserves the right to request proper identification or documentation showing affiliation to the bar and beverage industry. Registrations submitted without documentation demonstrating trade or market affiliation will not be processed. Bar Convent Brooklyn reserves the right to permit or deny admission to anyone based on information provided, to accept or reject information submitted, and to request additional information, at any time.
REGISTRATION POLICIES, TERMS & CONDITIONS:
Ticket/wristband holders assume all risk incidental to participation in all activities, loss or damage to property and release Reed Exhibitions, a division of RELX Inc. (“Reed Exhibitions”) and their respective employees and agents, against any and all claims. In purchasing and/or using a Bar Convent Brooklyn ticket, and in consideration for being admitted to Bar Convent Brooklyn, the ticket holder (the “Holder”) consents to being recorded (by audio, visual and/or other means) for exhibition and exploitation by any means for any and all purposes in all media now known or hereafter devised worldwide in perpetuity. Holder also hereby: (1) releases Reed Exhibitions from any liability for loss or damage to persons or property, infringement of any right or any other claim or course of action of any kind; (2) authorizes and permits Reed Exhibitions and its designees, which include but are not limited to all sponsors, exhibitors and contractors, the use of his/her name, voice, likeness and all reproductions thereof by any means and in all media now and hereafter known for any and all purposes worldwide in perpetuity; (3) agrees to comply with all rules and regulations of Bar Convent Brooklyn, and (4) authorizes and permits Reed Exhibitions to share Holder’s personal information, including but not limited to contact information, with such exhibitors, vendors, companies, and entities with which Holder scans their ticket at Bar Convent Brooklyn. Holder agrees not to make any recordings of any and all panel discussions, presentations, or stage performances at Bar Convent Brooklyn without the express written permission of Reed Exhibitions. Reed Exhibitions reserves the right to deny entry or remove from Bar Convent Brooklyn any person who in their sole and absolute discretion is behaving or threatening to behave in a manner which Reed Exhibitions reasonably consider to be disruptive of Bar Convent Brooklyn. I have read, understand and agree to the cancellation policy and liabilities listed above. I authorize Reed Exhibitions to charge the amount specified above to the designated credit card. Tickets for the event are non-refundable and non-transferable and cannot be reproduced, resold or upgraded. The unauthorized resale or attempted resale of the ticket is prohibited and will constitute a forfeiture of the ticket without compensation. Each ticket must be used by the same person for each day of Bar Convent Brooklyn. Bar Convent Brooklyn’s operating hours, schedules, and speakers are subject to change or cancellation without notice. Each ticket is a revocable license to attend Bar Convent Brooklyn. All panels, autographing, photo ops, special events, show features and performances are subject to availability and access is not guaranteed and/or may require an additional fee. Reed Exhibitions is not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Holder acknowledges that there are hazards and risks of physical injury or illness to attendees of Bar Convent Brooklyn and that not all such hazards or risks can be fully eliminated. Holder also acknowledges that the use of alcohol impairs one’s judgment and is potentially hazardous to the health and the safety of the individual and those around them. By accepting this ticket and/or wristband and attending Bar Convent Brooklyn, Holder freely and voluntarily agrees to assume the full risk of bodily injury or property damage, regardless of severity, or death that Holder may sustain as a result of attending Bar Convent Brooklyn, whether or not caused by the negligence or gross negligence of Reed Exhibitions. The submission of information to Bar Convent Brooklyn or the purchase and/or use of a ticket to Bar Convent Brooklyn is a representation and confirmation that you are age 21 or over.
