Inside the Exhibitor Resources, you will find an Exhibitor Action Checklist, which will provide you with deadlines, order forms and the contact information for all of the official show contractors.

You cannot ship alcohol to the warehouse. Your Customer Success Manager can assist with any questions.
Yes, you can hand carry boxes into the venue.

No. Registering as an admin on the Exhibitor Dashboard will only give that person access to the dashboard. You will have to register separately for badges. Exhibitor Registration is opening soon.
FB International is the official Bar Convent Brooklyn contractor, and they do offer discounts for exhibitor orders placed before the May 16 deadline.

No. Shipping and Material Handling are not the same thing.
Shipping is the transportation of your items from your location to Industry City. Material Handling is the action of receiving your shipment at the expo center and bringing it to your booth space. FB International is Bar Convent Brooklyn’s official contractor and will facilitate your material handling. There is a cost associated with this—called "drayage", and you will receive a drayage bill from FB International in your booth.

Great Performances is the official caterer for the show and you can order food from them via the Exhibitor Manual which is coming soon.
